Loc. 1
Strada de la Vena.

Picolin, the "Strada de la Vena" and the old bishop's forge in Alfur - Picolin is located between the old Val Badia road and the "Strada de la Vena", a route used to carry iron from Fursil to Val Badia in late-mediaeval times. Various historical buildings and the chapel dedicated to St Anthony stand as testimony to the importance of the place in terms of its strategic interest to the nobles and clergy. Above all, "Ćiasa dl Maier", once headquarters of the bishop's forge in Alfur, and the Alfur hamlet itself are of great historical interest. The new "Piz de Plaies" cableway base station was built along the road a few years ago, on the section between "Ćiasa dl Maier" and "Alfur".

Loc. 2
Ciastel de Tor.

The Ćiastel de Tor, San Martin - Studies have dated San Martin de Tor back to Roman times. A number of paths and locations found in what is now the town centre can be traced back to the practice of subdividing land into quadrilateral lots, which was typical of the era. Also, it is believed that the word "quadra" (square in Italian), which was initially used as a term for a surface, was extended to the whole of the Badia valley (Gadertal in German). It was only later that the term "Gader" originally "Kaidra" – “Square”. was introduced. Today, the castle, which dates from the early 13th century, houses the "Museum Ladin".

Loc. 3
Les Viles

Les Viles – Vila da Plans, Lungiarü - On the banks of the River Seres, set among the hamlets of Seres and Miscì, a number of old country mills have been restored and brought back to life. Once upon a time, they were vital to the work of the farmsteads and for preparing essential foods. However today the mills stand as testimony to a peasant culture that belongs to the past and to the country folk's resourcefulness and ability to survive. There are also various farmhouses that have stood the test of time well in the typical rural Ladin settlements, known as "Viles". The tourists visiting the Longiarü "Viles" in summer and autumn are pleasantly impressed, also by the wonderful view on the surroundigs. The itinerary also takes to the Lagoscel and Plans “Viles”. The Vila da Plans is to spot in a solitary and quiet place at 1350m.

Loc. 4
Munt d'Adagn.

Munt d’Adagn, Lungiarü - Every three years, men from Val Badia's twelve villages walk in procession to the old Jeunn bishop's see, which is now a monastery, located above the small town of Chiusa, in Val di Isarch. The pilgrimage is a tradition going back over the centuries and leads the faithful from Val Badia on a three-day hike that crosses the valleys and mountain ridges. Some pilgrims arrive in the neighbouring valley, Funes, crossing the "Ju de Furćia" (the "cross" mountain ridge, also known as S. Zenon pass) at 2,293 m thorough the path of the Munt d’Adagn, which is a beautiful panoramic spot with green meadows in summer and white snow in winter.

Loc. 5
Pares

Ćialdires and Pares - The springs close to the Longiaru valley are one of those hidden and isolated places where human beings can feel the forces of nature. The water element, also important in myths and legends (the Ganes always lived close to a spring or lake), creates synergies that kindle the imagination and spirit of whosoever stops in those places.

Loc. 6
Pra de Pütia.

The meadows at the foot of the Sas de Pütia and the Maier landslide, Antermëia – The „Prà de Pütia“, located to the north of the Sas de Pütia, provide a magnificent view of the Dolomites. The vast meadows which flank the mountain are used to graze cattle and for haymaking. The “Roa dl Maier” is a place between Börz and Saspütia, where visitors can admire some of the most beautiful and important geological formations of the Dolomites.

Monte Muro, Antermëia - On the highest spot of the Monte Muro at 2332 meters hikers arriving from Antermëia, Rina e Luson meet. Sometimes the least known places that offer a very unique view. Here we also find the border between the municipalities of Luson, San Martino and Marebbe.

Loc. 8
Fanes.

Fanes - Inside the Fanes malga, which extends pleasantly amid the mighty mountain peaks, the Ladin legends, which took shape here, come alive. Incredible rock formations reveal surprising anthropomorphisms to the curious visitor. A stop in the parliament of the marmots will enable him/her to assist in the discussions of these animals, totems of the ancient kingdom of Fanes, the rebirth of which is still awaited.

Loc. 9
Sennes

Sennes - The Senes plateau is located in the northern Dolomites and is part of the Fanes-Senes-Braies nature park. Since 2009, it has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At the foot of the surrounding mountains (among others, Monte Sella di Sennes, Croda del Becco and to the east Croda Rossa) extends a “malga” (farm) which still operates during the summer months.

Loc. 10
Plan de Corones.

Plan de Corones - The Plan de Corones, above all a skiing tourist locality, is a massif shaped like a bread bun, of volcanic origin, and which marks the north-western border of the Dolomites. Thanks to its extension, it provides a wide-angle view of the surrounding mountains. Since 2015, it has been home to one of the mountain museums set up by the extreme rock climber, Reinhold Messner. The name "Plan de Corones" alludes at the legendary crowning of princess Dolasilla, the brave warrior heroine of Ladin legends.
